30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Except for certain equipment and items identified in the Returns Policy below, your purchase is protected by our 30-day money back guarantee. We will gladly exchange the returned item, issue credit for a future purchase, or issue a refund for items returned in original packaging and like-new condition. Should you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, within 30 days from the date of shipment, prior to returning the item. Shipping and handling charges on sent and returned items are non-refundable.
Damaged Merchandise
We will repair or replace any item, including non-returnable items, that are delivered to you in damaged condition provided that you report such damage to us within three (3) business days from the date you received the item and follow the return procedure described below.
Discrepancies
Any discrepancies from the packing slip enclosed with your shipment must be reported to us within three (3) business days from the date you received the shipment.
Customer Credit
A refund or credit for returned items will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected. Credit will not be given for used or worn merchandise. We also cannot issue a refund or credit if you return an item to us that becomes damaged during the return shipment, due to improper packaging.

B. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage or loss during shipment back to us. We do not accept responsibility for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Warranty of Partsy
For 1 year from date of purchase, when properly assembled as detailed in the owner manual. Warranty does not cover any items that have been mishandled or damaged. Shipping cost and insurance for warranty service items are buyer’s responsibility. The product can be returned for a refund only for a 30 days period from the invoiced purchase date. All return for refund will be charged with 15% restocking fee.

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
