This unit has the same features as the REFORMER, adding a half trapeze (steel structure). The Pilates Reformer offers more resistance support and the exercises are performed lying down, sitting, kneeling or standing. The exercises develop trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle. The Pilates Reformer is a perfect choice for a beginner home gym or rehabilitation clients. The reformer offers proper body support for the user. These exercises have been shown to improve your posture and change your body. The conversion of the REFORMER to the HALF TRAPEZE is easy and simple; It includes a mat convertor to extend the support surface.
